Although our CIMB account is still operating, we have seen other exchangers have their CIMB bank accounts closed down and we would prefer not to take further risk by accepting deposit using CIMB
Your funds remain safe and this is not as a result of a hack. We remain hack-free after 2 years of operation. 97% of our Bitcoin is stored in cold storage in paper wallets and this does not affect anyone's Bitcoin balances with us.
Withdrawals will be processed from CIMB and our Personal account but there may be some delays as we work through this. We are arranging meetings with the bank and will keep everyone posted.

When would this situation be resolved?
Based on our personal experiences, this may take 7-14 business days. Due to the uncertainty surrounding this, we feel that it is prudent to halt trading, deposits of BTC and exchange and withdrawal of MYR until we resolve the matter with the banks.
BTC withdrawals will still be processed and function as per normal.
